St. Thomas,  Ontario~ Rachel Houston was awarded First Place in the 2011 Elgin-Middlesex-London Poster Challenge. Houston, a Grade 5 student at St. Anne’s Elementary School in St. Thomas submitted her poster under the theme “Canada~ A Proud Past, a Bright Future.” Posters submitted to the constituency office were voted on by the general public who visited the office.

Preston presented Houston with a Canada Sweatshirt.
